Clinic's tour entitled 'Planetarium of the Soul' instantly had Clemens in the visual world of science and space. This together with their surgical presence and the hallucinatory feel to the music saw the imagining of an epic space odyssey with Abe getting violently separated from the band and left only with the madness of his thoughts and molecules, before a triumphant reunion and return to Earth. The visuals are kept physical and avoid too much post production but at the same time feel precise and almost computer generated. Clemens adopted systems of movement related to scientific principals and so gravitated to loops and visual demonstrations of formulas - like harmonographs or moire patterns. Producer.
