Collider were commissioned by GPY&R to create a series of illustrations for LG, promoting their world-first 3D mobile phone Optimus 3D. The elaborate composition was created through a photoshoot with model and handset, later becoming a highly-detailed and large-scale embossing. The embossing (along with cut-out background characters for atmosphere) was then composed and re-photographed with delicate light sources to capture the detail and dimensional quality of the embossed character.

The illustration celebrates the screen power and usability of the Optimus 3D handset.

Unfortunately the illustration was not used.
