The solo exhibition in Grantpirrie Gallery 2 presents another side of Clemens' illustration practice and is a demonstration of a working methodology. Reverse faces and negative remnants of cut papers to commercial illustrations result in an unplanned combination of carefully chosen elements that are often more pleasing than their carefully considered fronts.
