PF is a 'portrait study' on film. Shot over two days with actress Taren Cunningham, the film is set around a 'physical script' of four emotions treated as four separate characters. The script establishes chapters of personality, and through video, introduces the notion of a filmic timeline to portraiture. PF features Richardson's 'data collapse' video editing technique. New gestures and expressions emerge from the remixed footage and contribute to a non-narrative effect, closer to pure sensation. Official Selection Onze Film Festival.
