Title Sequence

The titles used a 1500s painting by Pieter Brueghel the Younger called 'Winter landscape with a bird trap'. The painting was chosen for its slightly sinister undertone and features within a scene in the film where it becomes an analogy for a plot element.
The painting was painstakingly separated into dozens of separate layer elements before it was recreated as a dimensional scene to allow a single-move 3D camera sequence.
