Jonathan and Josh Baker are TWIN. They have been for a while now. Two Aussie brothers who direct together across film, television, and the international ad game. Their work always aims to be grounded in character, elevated genre, and cinematic world-building, with a style that blends emotional storytelling with striking visuals.

TWIN have directed campaigns for brands including Nike, Beats by Dre, Google, Sony, HP, and Samsung. Their extensive body of work has earned a reputation for bringing a cinematic yet very human approach to short-form storytelling.

In 2022, they collaborated with Disney and Lucasfilm on a live-action film created for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser experience, working alongside Kathleen Kennedy, Disney Imagineering, and longtime collaborator, cinematographer Larkin Seiple (Everything Everywhere All at Once, Beef).

The two made their feature directing debut with Kin (2018), adapted from their SXSW-premiering short film Bag Man. Starring Jack Reynor, Myles Truitt, Zoë Kravitz, Dennis Quaid, and James Franco, Kin was produced by Shawn Levy and 21 Laps (Arrival, Stranger Things) and released by Lionsgate.

Having worked together for more than two decades, the brothers have developed a unique creative partnership. Their shared background in design and motion graphics, combined with a lifelong creative shorthand, gives their work a singular voice despite being made by two directors.
