BONDI PACIFIC

Commissioned by Don Cameron for the Bondi Pacific, the illustrations cover three floors of an underground carpark, describing the iconic nature of zones of play relative to the descent beneath the water level directly outside. One passes through a storm of seagulls and follows the crowd of sunbathers down to the waters edge and below swimmers into a hidden world of schooling fish. The illustrations were designed with a limited colour palette of deepening blues, white negative spaces and accents of tan and red.

GOULBURN STREET GULLS

Commissioned City of Sydney, this large scale public artwork over Central Station in Sydney explores textural rhythms to achieve a sense of motion in a static image. The gulls were created using small scale cut paper collage that was then reproduced to 550m2.
